[Bug 1384791] [NEW] kubuntu-plasma5 does not allow to pick language before starting live session

Public bug reported:

When booting into a live session with 14.10 Plasma 5 Images, you cannot
pick a language before actually starting it. The screen "Try Kubuntu"
and "Install Kubuntu", where the language picker is embedded, as used
with Plasma 4 does not appear.
