[Bug 1364429] [NEW] kdesu broken

Public bug reported:

kdesu in Plasma 5 packages is broken.  
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/kdesu  should be set to use sudo
this is done by setting the -DKDESU_USE_SUDO_DEFAULT=true flag in kdesu from KDE Frameworks 5

but it doesn't seem to work, needs fixing upstream (or we could finish
the port of kdesudo I did).
