[Bug 1364432] [NEW] kmix does not autostart on plasma 5 images

Public bug reported:

kmix is installed and has an autostart file in /usr/share/autostart but
does not autostart.  Maybe it expects a different directory or maybe
something is wrong in the file, or maybe autostart doesn't work.  Let's
find out!
