[Bug 1369027] [NEW] Backport Breeze for kde4 in Kubuntu Backports

Public bug reported:

Breeze can be compiled just for kde4, can we have that in Kubuntu
Backports PPA?

There are already deb packages for debian sid, which I tested binary
compatible with kubuntu 14.04 (except breeze_5.0.1.xx.deb):

http://kdebian.org/ppa/pool/main/b/breeze/

since they have sources all need to do is just steal their source code
and compile.
