you have selected 'pam-kwallet' instead of 'lightdm'; ok you might be right about 'lightdm' not concerned, but that Utopic fresh installation has been made from scratch with mini.iso and 'ubuntu-desktop' selected at installation time as the unique desktop.
No other desktop has been tested/installed/removed, and pam-kwallet is indedd not installed. So my doubt about choosing it here for that report.

The only possible related package which is installed is 'libpam-gnome-
keyring 3.10.1-1ubuntu7' (the unique installed package listed into
synaptic when searching about 'pam-kwallet'.

So i think you might switch again to 'gnome-keyring' as by no means
'pam-kwallet' have to be used/called on a 'gnome' installation.
