The original bug is back as a result of the revert I made, see comment
#25

If you select Deutch at the syslinux login to set the locale (F2 →
Deutch on first boot) you can't select Switzerland keyboard because it's
not in /usr/lib/ubiquity/console-setup/kbdnames.gz
