[Bug 1521695] [NEW] KOrganizer does not store Holiday & Working Period settings

KDE Frameworks 5.15.0
Qt 5.4.2

Korganizer does not remember the settings under "KOrganizer Time and
Date Configuration" - Regional - Holiday and "KOrganizer Time and Date
Configuration" - Regional - Working Period.

No matter what you are configure there, after closing the program it's
gone.
