[Bug 1415123] [NEW] Dolphin sizes are displayed in Arabic-Indic numbers

Public bug reported:

Partition sizes numbers are displayed in Arabic-Indic numbers.
During Kubuntu installation, I set my country to an Arabic one. I don't remember, if numbers were set Arabic-Indic in Systen Setting -> Locale, but I think Country was the USA. I made sure numbers, money and date & time are set to Arabic (0123456789), after changing Country to mine. 

It happens in 2 other programs.
