[Bug 1472246] [NEW] [vivid backports] Unmet package dependecies: plasma-desktop

Hi There,

# apt-get install kubuntu-desktop 
...
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
 kubuntu-desktop : Depends: breeze but it is not going to be installed
                   Depends: plasma-desktop but it is not going to be installed
                   Recommends: kde-config-touchpad but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Tried to add ppa:kubuntu-ci but wasn't able to resolve the dependencies.
The main problem seems to be around the packages:

kubuntu-ci-live
kubuntu-desktop
breeze
    ^--- depends on kde-style-breeze-qt4 but it's not available (kde-style-breeze is available!)
plasma-desktop
    ^--- breaks: kde-config-touchpad
