libsolid4 in particular, 4:4.14.6-4~ubuntu4 is available but "=4:4.14.6-4~ubuntu3" is required for some reason

same goes for kdelibs-bin, kdelibs5-data, kdoctools, libkde3support4,
libkdecore5, libkdeui5, libkdewebkit5, libkemoticons4 (also why does
kgpg require libkemoticons4), libkfile4, libkhtml5, libkio5, libkjsapi4,
libkjsembed4, libkntlm4, libkntlm4, libkparts4, libkrosscore4

kgpg: 
      installed: none
      new: 4:14.12.3-0ubuntu1

ubuntu: wily werewolf 16.04
