At least on kde5, running ssh from Konsole does not trigger ksshaskpass
because ssh requires that it's NOT running from a terminal to trigger
$SSH_ASKPASS. I don't know how it used to work in the past but I
remember it indeed worked (I'd get a GUI prompt for my SSH passphrase if
I invoked ssh from a terminal window).
