[Bug 1428579] [NEW] Ark produces invalid zip according to Windows

Public bug reported:

I get feedback from Windows users that my zip files are invalid. I use Ark 4.14 in Kubuntu Linux 14.10 when creating zip files.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Arhive some random files
2. Send zip to Windows user (doesn't matter how (upload, skype, etc))

** Affects: ark (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
