[Bug 1429478] [NEW] Kubuntu Vivid 1 Beta 15.04: Kwallet ask for upgrading password safe on fresh installation

When starting muon KWallet asks me whether the password safe should be upgraded/migrated to the new version of KWallet form KDE Frameworks 5.
It also tells me that there seems to be an old password safe from KDE4.

But: This is a fresh installation without any stored password!
