[Bug 1429481] [NEW] Kubuntu Vivid 1 Beta 15.04: Time since last check is calculated wrong

What I did:
1. Started muon and observed the problem described here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/muon/+bug/1429480
2. Exited muon and opend again.

First time it told me it last checked 8 minutes ago for updates. When I
opened it again one or two minutes later it tells me it last checked for
updates a hole 53 minutes ago.
