[Bug 1429960] [NEW] baloo search doesn't work in kubuntu vivid by default

Public bug reported:

baloo search doesn't work in dolphin in kubuntu vivid by default.
dolphin is kdelibs4 not kf5.  baloo-utils is installed which should
provide the baloo parts for kdelibs4 including kio slave.

This doens't work:
 kioclient ls baloosearch://?query=foo

While this does:
 kioclient5 ls baloosearch://?query=foo
