[Bug 1430428] [NEW] kubuntu: fix live cd boot sequence

Public bug reported:
Since switching to systemd the Kubuntu live CD no longer boots into a
live desktop.
It'll boot into ubiquity-dm and on clicking Try Kubuntu it'll kill
ubiquity and just show a blank screen. It can't then switch vt at all.
I did get it to boot into a desktop once by switching vt first before
clicking Try Kubuntu.
This is something to do with sddm, ubiquity-dm and systemd.
When we used upstart it skipped over ubiquity-dm because I could not
work out how to get the vt transition to work. sddm likes to work on vt
1 while ubiquity-dm likes good old vt7
