[Bug 1437843] [NEW] Menu Bar is missing from Muon Package Manager on Kubuntu 15.04 Beta

Public bug reported:

I installed Kubuntu 15.04 Beta 2. When I open Muon Package Manager
program, the menu bar is missing from the software GUI (see the attached
screenshot). So I can't go on and apply changes I marked for
installation. This is a critical bug for a package manager. Please fix
this bug ASAP.
