[Bug 1451728] Re: kde-config-telepathy-accounts package install error

Turns out account-plugin-google is a service, "GNOME Control Center
account plugins for single signon." I do have ubuntu-desktop installed.
Purged that program, updated apt and now the telepathy installs.
