[Bug 1416578] Re: missing possibility to manage downloads in konqueror

This issue was referring to `konqueror`, not the complete set of `kde-
baseapps` (changed title to be more clear), so that you'd have to know
about `kget` in order to use `konqueror` out-of-the-box. It's a
workaround, but not a solution, imo.
