[Bug 1509471] Re: plasma-nm 5.4.2 in Kubuntu 15.10 hangs in system tray on statup

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. right-click on plasma-nm applet and choose "Configure Network Connections"
2. disable and then enable "network" in system tray again. 
3. start kde5-nm-connection-editor directly via console

In all three cases you have to wait a minute 
(on my very fast pc with 2 Intel SSD and core i5 and 8 GB RAM)
