[Bug 1492917] [NEW] white on white background for right click menu

Public bug reported:

*I suppose it is a bug with the oxygen theme and libreoffice
application* . when i right click in libreoffice writer anywhere and the
right click menu comes up, i try to use the arrow keys for navigation
within the menu. but the item is not highlighted. in the menus, the
highlighting bit is done with white instead of the usual blue. so there
is a white highlight on the white right click menu.
