[Bug 1497149] [NEW] kubuntu 15.10 installer allows minimizing installation window with no visible way to restore it

Public bug reported:

Using the Kubuntu 15.10 beta1 installer, after selecting "Install
Kubuntu" (rather than Try) the installer window can be minimized with no
visible way to restore it. Only the wallpaper and mouse pointer are
visible.

The window can be restored with alt-tab.
