@ Anthony,

the cause of the clause was identified in bug #1512834 & got fixed. May
also fix the desaster beeing created in Vivid/Wily during Xenial
translations at least for Kubuntu..

Does this <em>Plasma-Discover</em> need anything more to show up in the
above mentioned translations ?
