[Bug 1576575] [NEW] Unable to copy/paste to/from folderview plasmoid

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu 16.04.

Added folderview plasmoid to desktop, hilighted file and pressed ctrl+c. 
Tried to ctrl+v in another folder, but there's nothing registered.
If I rightclick and choose copy/paste, it works as expected.
