[Bug 1542434] [NEW] Can not access KAaddress book since upgrading to 15.10

Public bug reported:

I have upgraded fom version 15.4 to 15.10 and can no longer access the
address book.  The icon is still in the left hand pane but6 all I get is
a page with no entries.
