[Bug 1549926] [NEW] Abusive content in German Neo lesson

In the German Neo lesson with the id {045112c4-5a5d-4cb3-825c-
dce5cb13db11} appears the text "und erledige die genannten sachen sonst
haue ich dich richtig lange durch" (roughly translates to "and do the
given tasks, otherwise I'm gonna hit you for a very long time). It is
hardcoded in the file /usr/share/kde4/apps/ktouch/courses/de.neo.xml on
the lines 463-464.

Abusive content has no reason to exists anywhere; furthermore since this
is educational software targeted to children as well.

This string is present (at least) in
- Version: 4:4.13.3-0ubuntu0.1 under Ubuntu Precise Pangolin 14.04
- Version: 4:15.08.2-0ubuntu1 under Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch) 16.04
