[Bug 1530985] [NEW] RFE: Add ufw app profile for KDEConnect

Public bug reported:

If the kdeconnect package put a proper config file into
/etc/ufw/applications.d it would be possible to allow access to the
service via some simple commands. I'll attach such a file.
