which throws a 404-error-report (Page not found)

Should direct to:

AND if you are on it, it would also be nice to fit the Release-Notes-
Link of Ubuntu into here:

https://www.kubuntu.org/news/kubuntu-15-10 (just like in the 14.04LTS-
Kub-Page)

This is missing: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WilyWerewolf/ReleaseNotes/

As the underlying system is not impeccable it is welcome to have Kubuntu
users informed e.g. to switch in case of AMD-closed-source-Drivers
(fglrx) to open-source driver _before_ the Upgrade – otherwise they run
into a black-screen. This is "warmly recommended" as said in the Ubunut-
RN.
