[Bug 1535783] [NEW] Screen flickering on Kubuntu with Intel HD Graphics

Public bug reported:

On Kubuntu clean install on each boot I see flickering at top of the screnn.
After changing any option in Settings => Display => Compositor everything become OK, also I can then return to default changes.
But after reboot it's flickering again with any settings.
HP Chromebook 14 with Intel HD Graphics Haswell
