After an update of kernel to version 4.2.0.25, the pc restart to a black screen with working mouse cursor.
killing the X by Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and logging in again, with the same user - still works.

Also noticed:
System Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Login Screen (SDDM) doesn't open anything. It's just like this tab is disabled.
