** Description changed:

  Updated to latest Plasma 5.5.3 from Kubuntu backports
  Dragging files or icons (or any other elements) around the desktop acts weird
  
  The item you are dragging slooowly trails your mouse.
  
  For example, if i drag a file from dolphin into VLC, "floating" file
  object trails the path of the mouse extremely slowly, like there is an
  error in the smoothing function. It can take up to 10 seconds for a drag
  to complete across a 1080 screen.
  
+ Happens when i drag anything so far. Icons on desktop, taskbar to
