[Bug 1538704] [NEW] "Open with" kate do noting, but Kate works fine

Public bug reported:

Trying to open a text file using the right button of the mouse and selecting "open with" kate, do noting.
Manual selecting /usr/bin/kate do noting too.
Removing kate entries and adding again, do noting.
If i open normally kate, all works fine.
