Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu
better.

>From what I can see qml-module-qtquick-controls has been added as a
dependency for this package in Ubuntu 15.10 and later releases
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/wily/kanagram). I therefore believe this
issue can be marked fix released.

(Did some more digging and looks like the dependency was added in
version 4:15.04.2-0ubuntu1, see http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-
branches/ubuntu/wily/kanagram/wily/revision/61 for details)
