[Bug 1584304] Re: "folder view": icon placement lost after reboot

It is getting WORSE!

Now, on a new computer (DELL optiplex 790,) the icons in "folder view"
still get jumbled after reboot; but also "desktop view" looses all
widgets after reboot.

Please assist!
