dino99: Yes, 15.10 has reached end of life. However, I checked and this
bug is still present in Yakkety, so I'm setting it back to confirmed.
http://packages.ubuntu.com/yakkety/all/kde-l10n-th/filelist and
http://packages.ubuntu.com/yakkety/all/kde-cli-tools-data/filelist still
both contains /usr/share/locale/th/LC_MESSAGES/ktraderclient.mo.
