[Bug 1588952] [NEW] krdc does not agree with kdewallet manager about where the wallet lives

Public bug reported:

KDE Wallet manager thinks that the kde wallets live in
~/.local/share/kwalletd.  krdc wants them to live in
~/.kde/share/apps/kwallet.

When I symlink those two direcories together krdc is not able to open
the kde wallet found.
