[Bug 1589324] [NEW] Please update kaffeine to 2.x

Public bug reported:

Kaffeine has begun closing my bugs for being too old, therefore telling
me that 1.2.x is now unsupported. However it seems Ubuntu still uses
1.2.2 which is several years old. So could the package maintainer update
it to a supported version please?
