[Bug 1559478] [NEW] [request removal] Xenial: KSnapshot is replaced with KDE-Spectacle

Public bug reported:

KSnapshot [1] was rewritten for Qt5. So it's not needed any longer in
Xenial. It's redunant now. Also it hasn' stepped up in version with
regards to Wily.

Please remove from archive/KDE-meta – (possibly create an wrapper to
point at the replacement?). Not having looked into the libkipi-
dependencies yet.

The successor is called KDE-Spectacle [2]

It has some pretty new features [3] and fits well into the new KDE-5
Ecosystem.
