This problem seems to be worsening.

I had to see this problem only in Kubuntu in Beta 1.
However, I will check the current Daily Build, I encountered this in all flavors (not Lubuntu).

As a workaround for this problem, hit the key immediately after boot,
and select the Language in the start-up menu of the CLI. As a result this issue does not encounter.
(From this behavior, Lubuntu is not generated)
When you boot the ISO normally and select the language(not English?) will encounter this problem.
