mmm I see in that file
#   Boost_USE_MULTITHREADED  - Set to OFF to use the non-multithreaded
#                              libraries ('mt' tag).  Default is ON.

set (_boost_MULTITHREADED "-mt")
if( NOT Boost_USE_MULTITHREADED )
  set (_boost_MULTITHREADED "")
endif()

so probably you just have to set that variable.
