(1) Well project homepage is better to be set to
https://www.kde.org/applications/system/kdepartitionmanager/
Debian watch file can just track
http://download.kde.org/stable/partitionmanager/
(2) Yeah, CHANGES file is not really updated. I just checked the last
update was in 2010 by Volker Lanz and it wasn't touch since then. I
guess it was git migration then.
Well, Kubuntu might have had feature definition freeze but it certainly
doesn't mean all updates have to stop.
Qt 5.6.1 is already in Ubuntu, so that's enough for KDE Partition
Manager. It will even be enough for KDE Partition Manager 3.0 (that
fixes other bugs here in launchpad reported against partitionmanager: no
theme used and crash). Qt 5.7 will only be required after 3.0
