[Bug 1645000] [NEW] Insists in reporting an unsuccessful extra download

Public bug reported:

Every while and then I get a notification stating that there is a

Extra data file download unsuccessful

And it mentions a file called ttf-mscorefonts-installer and says the system will try the download in the future and proposes to accomplish the action now by clicking on a button.
If I do so, the action fails with this message:

Err:1 http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe
  404  Not Found
W: Can't drop privileges for downloading as file '/var/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloads/partial/andale32.exe' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permesso negato)
E: Impossibile recuperare https://netix.dl.sourceforge.net/project/corefonts/the fonts/final/andale32.exe  404  Not Found

E: Scaricamento non riuscito

Despite I have installed the installer myself, this error is popping out with these annoying dialogs.
It's clearly an error in detecting the actual need for the installation and there is possible wrong URL to download the packages.
