[Bug 1633748] [NEW] Kate does not use standard kdialog when invoked by kdesudo

Public bug reported:

When I run kate normally, I get the standard kdialog for file saves etc.
When I run it privileged via kdesudo, I get an usual dialog box.

Perhaps the profile for the root can be the same as for the user
account?
