After aproxx. half year not getting any feasable attn/reply I'm closing
this, as beyond interest:

Given the fact that kde-spectactle was in it's childhood when it entered
the archive & given the fact ksnapshot doesn't appear in the succesors
ot xenial, it doesn't make a lot of sense to keep such a bug-report
alive.
