[Bug 1680473] [NEW] KDE wakes up with crash

Public bug reported:

1. Hibernate
2. Wake up
3. Try to login in.
4. The system is very unresponsive.
5. After several minutes, I finally see the plasma desktop. It reports, that KWIN is crashed.
5. One minute later, I have a white screen and youtube is still running in the background.
6. With CMD + Q I can at least quit Firefox.
7. I switched with CMD + ALT + F1 to a virtual console.
8. I see only a bug screen, but I managed to reboot the system with CMD + ALT + DEL
