How Do I reproduce???

Well any window any time... right click, close laptop lid. Wait for
suspend, re-open. NO LOCK SCREEN, EVER! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME YOU DO
IT... EVERYTIME!!!

FIX IT NOW!
