Extrapolating the per  game average to be based  on  36 minutes. Per
game averages will generally be higher the more minutes played, so it's
not the  most exact way to compare players.  Basically take the per game
numbers and divide it by  the minutes played then  multiply by  36.

Why  36? It's more likely  that  a player will play 36 minutes a game
than  all 48 so it's a more "realistic" way  to compare players.
