[Bug 1664410] [NEW] Default application launcher in Kubuntu 17.04 (Alpha 2) has incomplete/wrong localization (Favorites button)

"Favorites" as the button label instead of "Favourites" when using
British English. However, it shows "Favourites" in the right-click menu
(Add to/Remove from favourites).
