[Bug 1700285] [NEW] remove obsolete kdepim source, kdepim and kdepim-doc binaries

Public bug reported:

The binaries previously built from kdepim source are now all split into
separate source packages, leaving behind only kdepim and kdepim-doc.
Rik Mills agreed on IRC that these could now be dropped, since they have
no reverse-dependencies, and the kdepim source removed as obsolete.
