[Bug 1672146] [NEW] Flickering/ glitches of black frames while playing video files

Public bug reported:

On some video files (mp4 and others, depending on most used codecs) a black frame arises after a couple of seconds. The time between these glitches isn't constantly. The media player VLC, Kaffeine and the Dragon player have this behavior, Xine and Mplayer not.
Additionally the position slider of the relational players behaves really strange. After moving the slider the players need some time to calculate the exact position. It seems like they swallow themselves for two/ three seconds.
